Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! Our artists primarily book by appointment, but we love to accommodate walk-ins when availability allows.
How much do you charge?
Rates vary by artist, design complexity, size, and placement. Once you share your idea and reference photos, we’ll give you a personalized quote.
What is your shop minimum?
We collectively charge a $100 minimum for tattoos.
Do you take cards or cash?
We accept both. Cash is always appreciated, but card payments are welcome too.
Can you cover or fix an old tattoo?
Yes, coverups and reworks are possible, but not every tattoo is an ideal candidate. Consult with your artist to discuss options.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Each artist manages their own schedule and booking. Please inquire directly with your artist of choice on their web page or social media.
You are welcome to stop by to see the studio, view our portfolios, and say hi.
Please be understanding if it is necessary to schedule a consultation at another time.
Can I see my design before my appointment?
We do not send out images of designs ahead of time. Your trust is appreciated! We’ll review it together before tattooing and make any necessary adjustments at your appointment.
Can you draw up a design before I book?
Sorry, no. Design time is included in the tattoo process and reserved for booked clients only.
Do you tattoo custom designs or flash only?
We offer both! Each artist has a selection of flash designs and is also happy to create custom pieces that fit your vision.
What should I do before my appointment?
Eat a good meal, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol or blood thinners for at least 24 hours. Wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being tattooed.
Can I bring a friend?
Our space is cozy, so we ask that you come solo unless you need a support person for accessibility reasons. You may bring a maximum of one guest, and minors are not allowed in the studio.
Do you tattoo minors?
We do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 72 hours’ notice so your artist can fill the spot. Rescheduling with less notice may forfeit your deposit.
How do I take care of my tattoo?
We appreciate clients who make proper aftercare a priority! Please refer to our Aftercare page. Feel free to reach out to us if you have further questions.
Do you take Guest Artists?
Thank you for taking interest in working with us! Yes, we do occasionally bring in guest artists. Currently each workstation is spoken for by a resident artist, but we can accommodate a guest spot with plenty of notice. Please inquire here: Guest Artist Application
Are you hiring Resident Artists?
We appreciate your interest in joining our shop! We are not currently seeking any additional resident artists.
Is Juniper Tattoo Company a private studio?
Not anymore! We’re open to the public and welcome both appointments and walk-ins.
