Welcoming Charlie as Shop Manager at Juniper!

We’re excited to officially share that Charlie Darling will be stepping into the role of Shop Manager at Juniper Tattoo Company.

This decision was made for so many reasons, but at the heart of it is this: Charlie is an incredibly hardworking, capable, and community-minded person. Her customer service skills are truly out of this world. She consistently provides her clients with a memorable experience and fully custom tattoos where clients feel heard, involved, and confident in what they’re getting.

Charlie is a multi-faceted professional with a wide range of skills and a lengthy resume. She brings previous management experience from another industry, and as a former co-owner of Golden Waxwing, she gained hands-on tattoo studio management experience that has been invaluable. Since joining Juniper, she has taken initiative without being asked, made meaningful improvements to how we operate, and continues to uphold a high level of professionalism both with clients and behind the scenes.

Much of Charlie’s new role will focus on administrative responsibilities, and this does not affect her availability for tattoo clients. Moving forward, Charlie will be responding to our shop DMs, emails, texts, and voicemails, helping ensure timely communication and a smooth experience for everyone who reaches out to Juniper.

We feel incredibly grateful for everything Charlie contributes to this studio and are continually impressed by her as an artist, a professional, and our friend. Please join us in giving her a very warm welcome in this new role.
